R & A Design Unecessary Anal Attitude
« on: 05 September 2005, 16:01 »
Phoned up R&A today to get a center cap for my wheels which keep falling off, he asked where I got them from, i responded Dubmeister, he then said he wasnt going to sell me the part!!!

"People like dubmeister undercutting him bla bla bla"
I stated how his problem were with the dealers and not me, and ive shopped many a time with R&A, still wouldnt budge!!

although i can understand where hes coming from, attitudes like that just annoy me.

This kinda thing makes me a bit angry! I can see why he'd be a bit annoyed first off, but when he winds his neck back in he'd surely come to the conclusion that if he's being undercut it's because he's charging more than the other places... Then he should lower his prices??!

And another thing (sorry to go OT here kinda) but when you phone for a price for a part, and they say 'what's the best price you've had so far?... Oh well I can beat that...' etc..... GGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! JUST SELL IT AT A GOOD PRICE TO START WITH!!!! </rant>

Normal service will resume.......... Eventually!
