What's the difference between a Forge 007 and a cheap ebay £35 one?

What is the actual difference can someone explain? Apart from the obvious it's not branded. Does it not sound as good, does it mess with your boost?

standard bosch Dv from vw is spot on mate, is more than capable cant be much more expensive than that ebay one but Alot cheaper than the forge

its because the oem airbox with the dv just gets a hissing sound, soon as u plonk an open cone on you get 'whooshing' and 'tisshh' noises my very technical terminology there :tongue:  to further increase sound remove the junk from the bonnet u can hear the dump coming up the street
