@JayGTD... Bold sport link was at foot of the OP and here it is again:
http://www.bold-sport.com/store/

@golfhappy... As per dubber36, your experience would be an over complicated step too far for me... And the cost, if my arithmetic is correct, seems to be a tad towards the high side.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Apologies for being as blind as a bat! Yeah, that link just goes onto the main page for Bold-sport. If you look arouind, they don't actually have the headlamps for sale anymore. I tried to look for it last year and I actually emailed them. A couple places that do sell them are xenonz.co.uk and vacar.com.cn for the LHD versions

Carwear Australia do the depo ones with the 8 leds these are plug and play no coding. They are on ebay but dont have the link.Think all in all i would have went this route. It's when you trade the car in you have to probably rp these out. Its like i've got the GTI look milltek exhaust which is way improved than the standard GTD twin pipe. Dealer wasn't keen when i wanted to change car.
Audi S1 gone, awaiting 1.5tsi r-line, pan roof, led lights front and rear, active dash, 18" jurva alloys and a dealer fitted Oettinger roof spoiler in tornado red.
