Discoloured headlights
« on: 15 April 2014, 17:43 »
Hi all,

one of my headlights has a slight tinge of yellow, it's the original unit, any ideas on how to rectify this without purchasing a new headlight unit, the other one(n/s) isn't discoloured as it was replaced a few years back after an unfortunate meeting with Bambi's mum on a country lane

Any help is gratefully accepted

Seems to be a common issue on early Mk5s. I treated mine to this and had good results - http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_922499_langId_-1_categoryId_255233
