radiator fan thermostatic switch

Hi

I'm struggling the 3way connector off the radiator fan thermostatic switch (thats the one on the lh side of the radiator).

They usually have a slot for screwdriver to release a clasp but I cant see how this one works.

Anyone know how this one works? thanks

I managed to get the elec connector off so anyone have any experience of changing the sensor, as usual it looks imposssible to get a wrench on it.
