Dump valve or chatter

Hi everyone

Right what's best at the minute I got dump valve on my car but I think I prefer the waste gate chatter sound is there an advantaged or disadvantaged to doin this

U want a diverted valve 007p/008 from forge with a decent induction kit with cold air feed I.e pipercross

Chatter is actually stalling the turbo - not really a good thing.

IIRC waste gate chatter is air flowing back into the turbo and is not healthy on our cars (you'll blow the turbo). The best solution is as mentioned run a recerc valve like a 007/008p with silicone TIP and modified airbox/cone filter and you'll find the increased flow will up the noise and chirp...if its still not loud enough up the boost  :grin:

Right people done that got a cone on forge 008 on now I'm not hearing much how do I up my boost
