mk3 golf 16v standard cat output diameter

Hi there i am intrested in buying a decat does anyone know the standard size cat diameter as my scorpion system is 2.5inch. Any help would be appreciated.

Recently measured the cat on my vr at 2.25 inches outer diameter

Yes the scorpion will slide over the decat. A 8v will slide inside the cat.

All cats and decats will be 2.25 it just the mid pipes that will be 2" or 2.5"
