2015 model year changes.................

The following model year 2015 (MY15) product changes take effect from build week 22 2014 (starting 26 May). This excludes Beetle production: the changes take effect from week 27 (starting 30 June).

Model year 2015 will be open for ordering in the week starting 22 April (Beetle and Beetle Cabriolet will take effect from 19 May). Make sure your customers know about these changes if their factory order is affected by these changes.

Golf

• Side scan-blind spot detection system including Lane Assist available for GT onwards (£700 OTR)
• Heated leather multifunction steering wheel is available for SE onwards (£120 OTR)
• Heated leather multifunction steering wheel with paddles is available on SE (£295 OTR) and from GT (£120 OTR)
• Golf SE will no longer have the standard driver’s seat drawer; the passenger one will remain
Golf Estate

• Side scan-blind spot detection system including lane Assist for GT for £700 OTR
• Heated leather multifunction steering wheel is available for SE onwards for £120 OTR
• Heated leather multifunction steering wheel with paddles is available on SE for £295 OTR or for GT for £120 OTR

Wish they'd bought in the heated steering wheel 12 months earlier :)

Could be a retro fit job for the steering wheel.
TCR, Pure Grey, DCC, Dynaudio and Climate Screen.

Would it be this bulletin they would mention mirror-link if that was going to be standard on the car Lee?

I like the idea of a heated steering wheel as a lot lesser cars have them a standard. Work colleagues bog standard Clio for example. However I don't know if I'd want to delay my build to add one.

Yes if they were going to make that an option it would of been mentioned Steve, certainly going to be available on new polo.

Problem for people is if you want to add the heated steering wheel then you will have to pay the price increases as well on all of the other bits and car, 0.5% on the 28th of April.

@evo1986, I've heard that Dynaudio availability for the R has now been shifted from BW22 to BW45.  Are you able to confirm this?

Ahhh. I would have definitely ordered a heated steering wheel! At just £120 it's a mega bargain for the amount of pleasure that would bring!

Considering the availability of cheap money, that 0.5% increase is a kick in the teeth for new customers
