replacement parts needing paint
« on: 07 April 2014, 17:06 »
I have just sourced some replacement wings and a boot lid for my mk4 golf, a few questions.... 1. the boot has had the gti spoiler removed leaving behind some thick hard glue, how can i remove this?.  2. I need a few bits touched up, around the boot handle has very minor bubbling but I want to fix this also one of the wings has very slight rust at the arch, how much do you think it would cost to get these fixed and painted?

cheers in advance
Scott

Heat gun for the hard glue residue left behind, and figure in £150 a panel, and you'll be in the right ball park.
