Ignition Switch
« on: 06 April 2014, 14:32 »
Hi all, it looks as though my ignition switch has finally bitten the dust, I have to wiggle the key while turning it and now I can't get the headlights to turn on!

I'm after people's opinions regarding ignition switches off eBay and other alternative sources other than the main dealer, any thoughts please, a good choice?

I would only fit a known brand as it's not a job to do twice.  My febi are £18 posted

What brand are these ones then?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-GOLF-POLO-PASSAT-IGNITION-STARTER-SWITCH-6N0905865-/350385760800

it says topran on the listing (not a brand I sell or like/want to!!)
