Insanely confused...

Just looking for a bit of help..

I was going to go k03 hybrid but may be cheaper and easier to find k04.

I know its more hassle but at least if it blows up or something i can pick up a k04 cheap.

I will need a k04 tip and manifold.  But unsure about few things..

1. Is the intercooler pipe size the same? I was planning to get 2.5" fmic so presume thats direct fit?

2. Where do I get a downpipe that would sort the angle thing out as turbo is different and would it need to be 3"? (Planning to get ebay 3" turboback)

3. How would i best get a cat on there for mot? Replace the whole system for the day?

My head is gonna melt.

You need the lines for the turbo as well, you could also do with 3" MAF and injectors to get the most out of it.

2.5" pipework will be fine.

KO4 downpipe's can be expensive, not sure where you would source one.

As for the MOT, I have a 'friendly' tester.
