I have just had the worst experience with a garage ever, and I need to let off steam and warn other VW users to avoid at all cost.
My normal lovely VW garages suggested I find a Bosch specialist to run some engine diags. I found one reasonably close and booked it in for this morning, arrived at garage waited an hour and a half paid over £50 when I asked where the emissions results were they informed me they hadn,t done an emissions test, I asked why not when that is what I booked it in for, they said if I could wait they would do a test. I waited half an hour, they then informed me that they couldn't start my car and there for couldn't do the test. They then told me they closed at one, they closed the garage leaving me stranded 20 miles fro home with a non running car. Thank goodness for the AA. I will be contacting Bosch and trading standards on monday
