Mpg clock

Just put battery back on after 5 days off why the hell does mpg go to 118 mpg slowlydrop back down to approx 30 then reset its self again to somewhere in the hundreds done approx 30 miles various speeds it seems to fluctuate .

Is it on instant mpg instead of average?

What do I push I got 129 mpg then  when I held a constant speed got 30 took foot off two minus signs appeared then foot back on over 100

If you press either of the buttons on the end of the stalk it will cycle through the different functions. The average MPG is shown as below with the symbol to the left, instant MPG doesn't have the symbol:

top job I just need the picture of what look like a UFO on all time then and it will stay there as long as I do not touch wot many thanks

Thats normal. When the throttle is closed u will get a blank readout and when the throttle is at 1% open you will get a really high mpg
2004 auq, 550cc injectors, gt3071r, adjustable fpr, ebc, fmic, sachs stage 2, walbro 255, 3" turbo back, 3" custom intake, n75 n249 sai delete.
