The radio doesn't have Bluetooth, you need a separate module for that. It's misleading as all multifunction steering wheel have a phone button. Having said that, if you scroll through the DIS menus using the < > buttons on the right hand side of the steering wheel, you may find Bluetooth hiding in there.
If you have Bluetooth, a nice OEM radio that will do all you want is the RCD510 DAB. You can pick these up for around £250 from ebay. You'll need the DAB aerial, but other than that it is plug and play. If you don't have Bluetooth, you can retro fit the factory kit for around £200. An alternative is to fit an RNS315. They have DAB, Bluetooth and NAV all as standard.
Both of those radios will work with your current Media In ports, steering wheel and display the climate control functions on the screen. Aftermarket units will need additional wiring converters to get everything to work as it should.
