Service plan

I got the service plan with the wife's car, and it's just flashed up that's it's due, do you know if it has to go back to the same dealer for servicing or can it go to any main dealer

So far as I know, you can use any vw dealer.  7th bullet point down:

Thats crazy ! the previous owner of my car did 10k miles in 3 years. I wanted to ring him and ask what on earth he had been doing with the car !!!
