BW 16 club?

Just got a call from the dealer with an estimate BW 16... A couple of qs (apologies if they've been asked before!)
- generally, how accurate is the estimate?
- what does BW16 (April 14) translate to when it comes to delivery... Sometime in mid-May?

Any insight would be much appreciated!

It's an educated guess - should be reasonably accurate as BW16 is just over 5 weeks away (should go confirmed 3 or 4 weeks before build)

Looks like people are waiting between 4 and 5 weeks after the build week start for delivery, mid-May seems reasonable.

20th Feb.... So looks like about 3 months from order to delivery.... Not too bad..

12 weeks then? That's quick. I take it its a GTI as the GTD's seem to be taking longer.

Yeah gti with pp, dsg & a few options so probably a pretty common spec..

I ordered my GTD on 5th feb and was given an estimated BW16... the online tracker is getting some abuse, ha! :D This car better be worth the wait....

Similar here, ordered a week before you and have an estimate of BW15. I'm signed up to get emails and texts from the tracker, and also check manually most days.

It's like when you have ordered something nice online and keep thinking you've heard the delivery van. Only it lasts around 3 months :(  :smiley:

I'm planning my first cleaning session in detail now. In a few weeks I'll move on to organising my music SD, but then I'll probably have to take up a high adrenaline sport to get through the last few weeks.
