Can I use bluefin on a different car?

Back in 2008 I bought a superchips bluefin for my DSG Scirocco and it was great. Five cars later and I now have a manual 2009 GTI, I've still got my bluefin with the superchips map on it so just wondered if by any chance I may be able to plug n play with the golf?

I emailed superchips last week but haven't had a reply as yet, the suspense is killing me!

I'm guessing it's too much to hope for that I can also use the same map!?

If they do it properly then it will be written based on your original software in your current car 

That and Superchips tend to have a habit of sending people the wrong map for DSG and manual and vice versa.......

I'm guessing that people who mistakenly receive the wrong map don't have a problem?

No they DO have a problem hence why it needs to be correct

Not sure why as the engine is no different.........
