New car mega spec but no power

Got new mk4 yesterday excellent spec but its very slow so far when checked over car got k04 with sports cat and non res milltek, fmic, 3" maf, WMI, AP racing front brakes, H&R coilovers and H&R arbs. Noticed its got cruise control so wondering if has APR map and turned map off, No boost gauge so cant see what boost is at. Thinking whether just get it mapped myself and start from beginning car was £1500 repo so no history but someone spent fortune on it. Also cant open boot its been smoothed cant find button.

Going to take it to Wayne chip wizards got a feeling has APR map and been turned off cos has cruise control and done via stalk and need passkey access map settings. would take it nick rtech just no time to go there or that far in near future or may just get revo map done.
