Fully Forged 2.1L Stroker Engine
« on: 24 February 2014, 00:08 »
Hi there lads, I've just bought a newly built Fully Forged 1.8t AGU engine that has been bored out to a 2.1L using only the best parts available, please see the list of parts on the receipts in the pictures

Im now at the stage where I need to buy the injectors, turbo, manifold, uprated fuel pump etc

The engine is good for massive power 700-800bhp... but I'm looking to push a nice 550bhp without watermeth and 600bhp with the watermeth active

Thinking of running a GT3582r turbo and TSR manifold but I'm looking for any decent info / knowledge that any one can pass on to me, that will help me continue this engine build

Feel free to message me with any decent ideas or info

Oh no dude got some big plans for the car, going to use the rear floor pan out of an S3 and the 4wd running gear, going to strip the interior out at the end of summer, cage it and fit two Porsche GT3 carbon seats that I've got here

I didn't see any upgraded main bearings or rod bearing.
check to see what they used because oem bearings wont last long at that power and will result in a major bottom end rebuild.
Also upgraded camshafts would be a great upgrade for that power and a 2mm steel headgasket would lower compression to 8-5-1 which is better for high boost.
2004 auq, 550cc injectors, gt3071r, adjustable fpr, ebc, fmic, sachs stage 2, walbro 255, 3" turbo back, 3" custom intake, n75 n249 sai delete.
