I got the stage 6 text this morning, so my car is currently in Grimbsy or on its way north. It might tie in quite nicely with the paperwork I've got back from the DVLA for my private plate which is now on retention and I already have the replacement V5 with the random age related number my Audi will get.

Just waiting on the replacement tax disc and then I have 7 days to change the plates over on my Audi, so with any luck my GTI will be at the dealer during the same window and I can just pick it up rather than swapping my plates over and then picking the GTI up a few days later.

That would be nice as you need a bit of luck now!

I've been advised that it's 7 days port to dealer on average, so let's keep fingers crossed it isn't too much longer for any of us.

Viking Constanza arrived this morning JakeF, still got my fingers crossed for you. Saying that, don't think the tracker updates over a weekend and it's a bit slow so if yours did arrive you'll probably receive the text on Tuesday! Haha.

My wait for it to arrive at dealer is killing me!!! Haha.

I must admit I was checking marinetraffic.com when I woke up, now I just need to see if the tracker updates on Monday!

If you don't get the text it may be worth ringing the dealer, they're more up to date.  They were able to tell me which boat my car was on and what time it arrived.  They're not 100% up to date as they told me my car hadn't yet been unloaded but the boat was already en route back to Emden.

Well, I at least hope they were wrong there! Haha.

African Highway appears to also be en-route to Sheerness as we speak, I'm really hoping for a tracker update tomorrow!

Just need to fix a date to sell my current car (wewantanycar.com are offering nearly 20% more than part ex) to fund the PCP deposit now...
