If you're serious I could make you one for the right price

Manually turned though so internal rads will be up to 1.2mm instead of original.

Cheeky render of what I've got so far  :smug:

I'll pop it on the CMM tomorrow to get precise hole sizes and positions.

Looking good, is that solid works the background is familiar. ...
My Golfs are getting stripped and cubed next month so I don't need one unless my new car falls through. ....

Those two pulley's do come apart quite easily in my experience.
( 3 on 3 different engines!)
If one is a bit off line then surely a good belt with a heavy hammer will sort it!

Do you have a spare of the whole thing??

I've tried sticking the pulley in the vice with a bit of bar inside the p/s pulley to press them back together, but haven't had it back on the car yet. The trouble is that if it isn't perfectly seated within the damped pulley then there is potential for the pulley to loosen up and for the bolts to come undone as a consequence. Not something I'd like to risk...

Got my CMM measurements this morning so I'll have the model and drawings finished tonight with a bit of luck.
