New to the VW world
« on: 15 February 2014, 17:38 »
Hi,
Just picked up my first VW, a 98 Golf GTi 1.8 (in Tropic Orange )

One previous owner, engine good with service history, bodywork a little tatty and interior filthy - she transported her dogs around in it. But it has full 12months MOT and half a year tax.

This is my first VW so looking forward to reading some useful tips on getting the car back to reasonable nick. Not looking into heavily modifying it.

Carlos
