Rear drivers side footwell flooded
« on: 05 February 2014, 22:50 »
Hi can anyone help please. I went to my car the other day and noticed that the footwell behind the drivers seat is flooded. I don't have a sunroof and the boot is dry. I havnt got a clue as to where this water could be coming from. Gets worse when it's raining. Have emptied it out and dried the floor but as soon as it rains again, flooded.

I had this happen on my 5 door driver and it was the door membrane which is behind The door panels, pretty easy to fix/replace if they are torn or damaged. Its worth checking them all as sometimes it could be the opposite door and water is running to the other side.
