mk4 150 gti brakes and discs costs
« on: 04 February 2014, 16:24 »
Hi all,

Been quoted £245 fronts and £148 rears... Is this expensive or the general price on this?

Cheers,

I got APEC discs and pads for about £100 all in, fitting isn't difficult.

150 will be 312mm fronts and 256mm rears, you quoting for discs and pads?

Any disc will do, just make sure you get quality pads

Yeah i think 180's had the 312mm ones. This price is including fitting, hes normally pretty good but i was quite alerted by the price... I cant fit them myself as i have no idea how to perform it... I might shop about...

Well I have recently upgraded my front brakes from 288mm to 312mm, replaces my front calipers, carriers, new pagid discs front and back, new pads front and back and had a full brake fluid flash and re-new for less than that and I also had my gearbox oil changed too.
