New owner of a 2001 black Gti but its running standard ride height and looks errrr... ridiculous!
I would like to lower it (springs only) but not sure what drop to go for, i was thinking a 40mm drop but not sure if it is enough as at the moment it is looking quite high up.
So please if you could post up a pic of what you have it and the drop it would be much appreciated   :smiley:

GTI is not a trim level. It is a lifestyle.
1999 1.8t AGU, KO3s, forge 007p, silicone tip and charge pipe, oil catch can, SS turbo back system, pipercross CAI, g60/vr6 clutch, 40mm apex springs, drilled and grooved discs, stage 2 remap.

about 50mm id say, on joms. ive got some 40mm springs for sale in classified section if you are anywhere near South Yorkshire.
