Good point - if it doesn't have it will be even more expensive to insure compared to the GTI

Now: mk7.5 TSI 1.4 RL, 5dr tornado red, DSG, Singapore 17", pan s/r, leds
Before: mk6 GTI 5dr candy white, DSG, Monza Shadow 18", s/r, bi-Xenons, DCC
Even before that: mk5 GT 5dr tornado red, manual, s/r

I actually really like the look of it. I bet it will be a brilliant all weather car. Hopefully it will resist understeer more than the last car, but understeer seems to be the default for most AWD hot\sports cars.

Minus the Golf R writing on the door the pic in the quote above actually looks quite good. I have been unsure about it up till now, even the pics in the Autocar review looked a bit bland and safe in styling terms.  I am sure it will be a car that has looks which will change your opinion dependent on the angle or lighting of the time you are looking at it. 

It's definitely a Marmite car in regards to it's looks, you'll either love it or hate.

Few!! Thought you were going to have to regulate your own speed there for a second..apparently you can do this manually with accelerator and brake pedals...whatever they are.. :grin:
