Pancake pipe and boost hose
« on: 21 January 2014, 18:45 »
Does anyone have any tips on how to sort out the issue of the boost hose popping off the pancake pipe? It's only just started to happen since I had the pipe off, but I'm sure it all went together properly. Thought I should ask before I put it back together and end up stranded again.

Cheers.

the easiest and cheapest way is to buy 1 clamp and fit it directly on top of the original clip. this will hold with no problems

That's a good guide, but the problem I have is at the pancake pipe end. I think the pancake pipe worked lose, so the hose managed to boost off. I wondering if I didn't put it back properly after taking it off for to get access for another job.
