Iv just had my water pump and timing belt done as my heater was blowing cold air out and its still doing the same all the pipes are hot any ideas what it could be

Try re-bleeding it (not sure on how its done on a mk4)
If that dont work then replace it but thats a dash job out??
But best job is to try re-bleeding it.
