Abf manifold
« on: 13 January 2014, 21:35 »
Removed the manifold heatshild today as it was rattling and noticed that the cast manifold has cracked
Is it worth changing it for a stainless steal one? If so what's best to go for?

You shouldn't steal manifolds, you should buy them instead.

The ABF manifolds are known to crack.  If it's not blowing don't rush into changing it.

If you do want to change it, TSR offer a dedicated manifold so it fits right:

Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Stealing one would be cheaper
Bit on the pricey side, do you think it's worth the money? Any gains to be had?

Always going to be pricey for low volume produced stuff. Wouldn't fancy trying to make on for that.
