Thought i'd better introduce myself instead of just asking irratating q's ÂÂÂ
My names Dave i'm 32 and my previous vw's have been an 89 mk1 cabrio, a 88 16v (should have kept that one!) and a couple of other mk2 gti's .. along with lots of other makes/models  :embarassed: ÂÂÂ
Have recently bought a Mk2 16V after a little while 2yrs without a car(company van) and it took a while to find a fairly straight/standard one well i'm fussy oh and i turned down a straight oak green for this one so must be special ÂÂÂ
oh and i've still got company van so its not going to get loads of use .... ÂÂÂ
Well into cars from an early age (all cars) so will have a go at fixing it before its broke then end up pushing to the garage to be fixed ÂÂÂ
