I just pulled the dash out of my mark 2 valver to put a mk 3 dash in!!!! just read that link and am having some serious regrets allready!!!!! :embarassed: hey ho!! any one got a spare mk dash or know where abouts i can find one??

I haven't got a clue how its done but I've seen a BMW e30 dash in a MK2 and I think it suited it very well  :cool:

same way as fitting any other dash into a mk2. just requires lots of cutting and time to get it sitting perfectly. :)

it's not hard. just requires a lot of time and pacience to do properly.

i want to change my dash

but i dare'nt take the step to do it just yet
i am going to read into it more first i was thinking of a audi 80 dash
or a mk3 golf one

A lot of the time with the dash boards it also requires welding in of new brackets on the bulkhead to support the fixing points of the replacement dash. As everyone has said though, if you have the time and the will power then anything will fit.  :cool:
