Quick update:

Tried changing my door controller long coding to the same a Kevin's, just for the crack, and still no joy!

Me:      003F0220D001048000001000
Kevin:   003F1220D001040100001000

Running out of ideas here, wonder if this really is all hardware related..very annoyed if it is  :angry:
