Will go in and place the order tomorrow.

I cant see the current rates increasing too much.  The finance will have to sort itself out nearer the time :)

However if the same rate and deal is available in Q2 for example then all they have to do is put through the proposal again and it will again be valid till the end of Q3.

And if the rate isn't available and you haven't collected your car yet....do you have to go with the new rate?

All good advice - although one issue is that you might not know how much deposit you will have for the new car at the time you get the quote (if say you are selling existing car privately just before the new one arrives) so any PCP deal you may have been quoted may not work for you if, for example, you end up selling your car to a trader for less money.
