I use one of these at the moment..an 8gig one, they go upto 32 gig

takes up no space at all

3dr Gti, manual, tornado red, performance pack, dynaudio. gone now

5dr GTi, manual, red, Performance pack, dynaudio

Thanks 2014 - I pick my car up on the 14th so need to decide whether I'll ask Vw to change mine before I pick it up

I found my largest USB stick this morning and tried it to see, the flap does close so you shouldn't need a extension.

I guess the next thing for someone to check is a Non-iPhone connected to the USB socket.  See what it can and cannot do.

My dealer told me it was for cars with Nav Pro when he found out. If he is right or not is another story.

Sounds promising. I like that idea better than the MDI cable!

Can anyone with a newish build week and nav pro confirm this...

urghhhh i wish i could swap my (I think blue, but could'a been red... ) lead for a USB one... never owned an iproduct!! Meh!
