rear 5 door door seal

any ideas guys my mk 5 5 door drivers side door seal has come adrift it seems to have come out from the bottom of the door is it held in by a channel or simply glued in cheers

Mine are glued on and they all started to come off ! evostick or new seals ?
 If you stick them ,put some vaseline on the seal where it touches the door to stop it sticking !
