ipad/itunes how to help
« on: 03 January 2014, 14:19 »
got an ipad. dont want all my songs on because it takes up a large amount of the space and im not really going to listne to music on it, normally will be used for films etc.

is there a way i can create a playlist or something for my ipad so that only certain songs will go onto my ipad however keep it so that all songs go onto my phone?

not very good with itunes/ipods/ipads/iphones/any kind of technology.

i know that you can select songs to sync with, but dont want to have to go through selecting songs every time i sync ipad.

You can decide by playlist, artist, album or genre and its really easy to do. This will only change the settings for your ipad and not your phone although you could set your phone up in the same way.

1. Start by opening your iPad page on iTunes

2. Go onto the music tab at the top of the page.

3. Change the selection from entire music library to selected

4. Then just simple tick what playlist or artists ect you want to put on your iPad

Once done just click sync at the bottom right and it will put the music you picked on
Hope this helps
