Thanks guys, my mate is coming round with code reader tomorrow....advisory on the last mot blue smoke under hard acceleration didn't bloody see that!  :sad:

I'd class the AGN more as a GTI than the APK any day

Welcome to mk4 ownership hopefully no biggie on the engine light looks a nice purchase I have been under mine the last 3 days changing a clutch that had been in 6 months (cheap rubbish) other than that I've had absolutely no issues whatsoever really solid motors IMO

GTI is not a trim level. It is a lifestyle.
1999 1.8t AGU, KO3s, forge 007p, silicone tip and charge pipe, oil catch can, SS turbo back system, pipercross CAI, g60/vr6 clutch, 40mm apex springs, drilled and grooved discs, stage 2 remap.
