As has already been said the colour of the badge doesnt mean anything, VW seemed to just chuck on whatever was lying around.

If it's advertised as a turbo then it probably is, especially with the history that comes with the Car.

mileage means nothing my old 4mo had 195k on it an was in better condition than most mk4s

Well I have picked it up and yes it is the 150...Now I have a problem already  my exhaust emissions light has come on. I have absolutely no luck with cars lol

buy a cheap code reader or find someone local that will scan it

As said /\  if not a cheap code reader then get it scanned via vag-com and go from there

Lamba problem as a guess, but get it scanned
