converting my auto driver to manual
« on: 28 December 2013, 22:49 »
I'm soon going to be attempting to boost the sellability of my lovely mk2 driver by converting it to a manual, using most parts from my gti I'm breaking.

From that I'l be using;
Pedal box
Gearbox
Flywheel/clutch
Driveshafts
Possibly clutch cable (its an auto adjust and I'm not a fan)
Gear linkage (I fitted a full linkage kit a few months ago)

Need to buy;
throttle cable (I assume it doesn't make a difference having a weber? And can I not make the digi cable work?)
Speedo cable (the one on my breaker has a broken white clip)
Inner Cv boot for GTI short shaft

Any tips?
