What mm are the standard arbs on a 4mo? Looking at replacing the bushes and there is a few different sizes coming up

Depends. Early V6's has 21mm fronts and later had the R32 ARB's at 23mm.

Looks like your going out with a set of calipers to measure ( proberbly already have over the last few days)
