Up until now I have always used 95 RON in all my cars.

But after the remap I am now using 98/99 in the Passat.
I will be using the higher stuff in the Golf when its up and running.

Yes but how much more does it cost to fill up?

About £68-£75 from light, it works out to be about £2-£5 more per tank by using 99, imho its worth it for me, I even use a bottle of slick 50 every 5k miles.
