You should see 240+ but I would strongly recommend you change your boost pipes, and do a n249 bypass

personally i wouldnt bother with the 4bar fuel regulator. etc. not needed untill you get over 250 bhp.

mate of mine had one in his ibiza cupra, made the car over fuel so much that it now has 3.5 pistons and is being broken...

Was hoping what I were putting on would get me to that bhp (250/260) but not sure how much the k03s can be pushed?

The KO3s limit is about 240bhp, R-Tech can push them to 250-260bhp but you need WMI, ported exhaust manifold etc. etc.

For 240bhp don't bother with injectors/MAF/4bar FPR. Add to your list a Forge 007p/008p or new stock diverter valve, a decent set of boost hoses and a decent TIP (not a cheap eBay one).

What size intercooler pipework will you be running? What size downpipe? I'd also ditch the cat or make sure it's at least a decent sports cat.

You also need a decent air intake setup.

Just stock cat thought about putting straight pipe in too, n intercooler piping is 2.5" n iv got a 3"turbo down pipe, iv got kn panel filter which I'm gunna swap for a decent cone filter set up!

It's pointless running the stock cat after a 3" downpipe, it's way too restrictive. You'll also struggle joining them, 2.25" - 3" is a massive jump.

R-tech sell their own intake setup for just over £100, but a lot of people on here including myself are running a Honda S2000 cone filter.
