Right then, just to update this. The looms that are needed are:
Stalk - Bulkhead loom £25.87:

Bulkhead - ECU loom £18.24:

Stalk with cruise control switch - These range from £16 for an early style one from Poland to £23-25 for a used late style one on eBay.
