No Track names on a CD
« on: 21 December 2013, 23:22 »
Just wanted to check this before I get the car back in to dealership (again)

I bought a CD from Sainsbury's, chucked it in and no album art, worse, no track names either.

Then tonight it just said "Cannot locate source" - on either CD, ipod or Bt Stream.

I'm sure the damn thing is playing up and almost on its way out.

Picked my 4000 mile car up from dealership this morning, they couldnt find a fault with the bluetooth or the vibration in 4th gear.

"The final part of the car's development will be the public"  - anon

3dr Manual in Pure White with PP, Dynaudio, Nav and Keyless. Oh and a service pack.

Does it work with any other CDs you have?

If you're talking about CD AUDIO (i.e. One bought from HMV or the like) then it is very rare to find a CD with this feature afaik only the odd Sony CD have this feature...

nearly all cd's bought now have at the very least track name and album info.
TCR, Pure Grey, DCC, Dynaudio and Climate Screen.
