The early ones (up to about 1990) didnt have a centre console, so no, no cigarette lighter!

Yeah its got the centre console and cigar lighter :)

even came with service manual and original handbook :)

After a service, the very first thing you should do with an old car is get it set up properly on a rolling road. Try to build up a relationship with your local tuner. These guys will be able to get your car running exactly as it did when it left the factory, as well as identifying the weak spots. Doing this will ensure reliability AND give you the best MPG.

Everything else is of secondary importance, in my experience.

My opinion,
Keep the small bumpers,
Fit coilovers
Smart wheel choice
Keep the interior retro
Hide a new CD player in the glove box if need be!
