Hi guys im trying to find some pics of a golf mk4 gti with HR springs std shocks with BBS CH wheels wonder if any of you can post a picture, i have the springs after much debate over coilovers now im looking to order some wheels i like the CH's but would like to get a pointer see how they will sit with these HR springs

That's a pretty specific request
What drop are the h&r springs? In all honestly I'd go for coilovers.
Here is mine when it was on 30mm springs:
Then coilovers and R32 wheels - about a 45-50mm drop:

There 35mil buddy so not much of a drop hopefully nearer 40 when settled
I do admit i like the coilover option and i love lowered cars but this time i drew the line at if i spend less on suspension ill have more budget for wheels
Coilovers - ajustable drop links and different arb ? and i would have to get budget coilovers even so pushing it right near £300 i would imagine which would ruin my wheel budget lol
out of interest what coilovers did you have

I ran JOMs - in the pictures above I was running standard ARB and drop links. You can pick JOMs up for about £150 and that's all you'd need

Fair enough, do see alot of people saying to change arb, droplinks etc seemed like the norm
Im on 171k on the clock dont think i will get the most out of bags haha
well may have persuaded me to get some coilies we will see after xmas

You'll only run into arb issues when going lower than about 50mm
