I've mentioned this before but look at how much the radiator pipe has swelled under pressure

Could there potentially be a partial blockage somewhere causing the pressure to rise? Is it just that pipe?

it's only that pipe and the bottom radiator pipe that expands, and it only does it when the blue cap is on the black cap just boils over.
the water temp sits at half way, the heater is very good and the oil temp sits about 102-106 and never breaks 112 even when driving it hard. head gaskets good, just done an oil change and thermostat oil was still clean when it came out and there was no sign on white residue.

Does water trickle into the expansion tank?
Where the the small pipe feed from rad to expansion tank?
change the small pipe and take off the expansion tank and stick a pipe cleaner on the plastic outlet make sure its clear of any debris. Test and come back running two parts holts cleaner through the whole system is not a bad idea aswell. Then run a water hose through the whole system and try and flush out any sh!t in the system once holts cleaner has been ran up to temp for awhile.

I didn't notice it trickling through that small hose however the small hose doesn't get very warm Atall not compared to the other hoses that you can't touch for more than a second or 2

I 2nd that. once you fix the hose try running the car with coolant cap off. if you see constant bubbling in header tank then your gasket is most likely gone. or maybe the hoses were just rotten? was problem there before thermostat change?

no because before the stat change the water temp was always cold and I used to run the black cap, but after the stat change the water gets too warm for the black cap and boils over so I put my blue cap on and it does boil over it just pressurises
