I'm looking for some of them at the moment. I've seen a pair and one of the rubber strips is missing so I wasn't going to bother buying them but I might if they are that hard to find! How long did it take you to get some? Are they new? Where did you get them? How much did you pay? Any pics? Cheers

A guy i know was saying that his mate was offered 600 quid for some chrome bumpers as they are that rare! whether there is any truth in that i dnt know but in case you got yours for considerably cheaper (which is more than likely) then it makes you feel good ot know you found a bargain!

Yello,

Sorry for the late reply, been kinda busy! New job and 2 new golfs, its a hard life! I found my bumpers on ebay and i paid 270 plus postage. If you are patient enough you can find them for sensible money. I got these from a guy in Sweden and they are spot on, just missing the rubbing strip. You can get bumpers and the rubbing strips from the follwing site : http://shop.volkswarenhaus.de/?lang=1

I want to try and source the strips from the UK as it's a lot less hassle but i think I'll end up getting them from here.
If you keep looking on ebay they come up now and again for sensible money, I've seen sets go for over 800 before now!

  Good luck
