Best stuff for service

Hello fellas going to start servicing the motor and was wondering what are the best/ reasonable things to get for a major service ie what oil what spark plugs and oil filter etc

oil - see my topic in the maintenance section

plugs - copper NGK7s, cheap as chips.

Oil/fuel/cabin filter - stealers

If it's a major service I would replace the coolant also.
