standard bumper and wellycooler

Has anyone fitted a welley cooler using the standard bumper?

Not fitted one but you'll just about squeeze the bumper back on, you won't get the grills back on though.

Cant seem to get it on. Cant cut any more bumper away either.

The bottom where the pipes come off the end tanks ........

We did manage to get them to sit a bit better than in this picture.

You might have to cut away the bumper where the grills should go then. That upper pipe looks very high as well.

The upper pipe is just sat in there, Not clamped on or anything so there is room for improvement.

Just wanted to get it mocked up before getting the N75 and DV take offs welded in.


We cut sh*t loads away from the rear of the bumper but its still not going on.
He wants to go R32 in the near future but wanted to fit the standard bumper to get it back on the road.

Just been reading over Rio's install and I can now see where we need to cut in order to get the cooler to sit higher.
